We also offer 24/7 account access via: Automated phone (IVR), Cell phone web browser (WAP) or Live support. (All options are offered in English or Spanish) 

Definitions:
* (Samaritanistic = Samaritan like intentions) Loading = Depositing funds onto a card.  Card Holder = Authorized individual who's name is printed on the card. Account Owner = Legally responsible Individual whom the cards are issued
